These terms govern your use of the website operated by Dashing Maids, doing business as Dashing Maids, and your booking of cleaning services. By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these terms. Your privacy rights, including California “Do Not Sell or Share” choices, are described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of This Site
Content on this site is provided for general information about our residential and commercial cleaning services and is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. It is not a guarantee of results for your specific home or office.
Booking & Access
Cleanings are scheduled after a brief consultation to estimate your home’s needs. If our team cannot access your home at the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of your cleaning price applies to cover travel and time. We send email and phone reminders to help avoid this.
No Contracts
We do not require long-term contracts. Recurring cleanings can be rescheduled, paused, or cancelled at any time subject to our published notice practices.
Quotes, Pricing & Payment
Online and phone quotes are non-binding estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Extra sink loads beyond the first may be billed at published add-on rates; internal oven cleaning is limited to the self-cleaning cycle for the safety of our team. Service payments are processed by our office and payment providers — this website does not collect raw card data on our pages. Gift cards are purchased on MaidCentral’s hosted checkout.
Credentials & Insurance
House cleaning is not a state-licensed trade in Colorado. Dashing Maids maintains insurance and bonding and is an ISSA Residential Member. Trust credentials displayed in our footer (Insured & Bonded · ISSA Residential Member) are voluntary quality signals, not a Colorado contractor license number.
Service Hours
We clean Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and major holidays; a small fee may apply for exceptions when a cleaner is available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashing Maids is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Cleaning services are governed by the service agreement and policies provided at the time of booking. Report any service concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning.
Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of your use of this website that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and Dashing Maids each waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing hello@dashingmaids.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any permitted court action lies in the county of our principal place of business (Denver, CO).
Messaging Terms & Conditions
This website does not currently operate an SMS program. Phone numbers collected on quote and career forms are used so we can call you about your request. If a texting program is enabled later, these Messaging Terms will be updated and a separate SMS consent will appear at the point of collection.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Dashing Maids name and slogan — is owned by or licensed to Dashing Maids and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction or use requires our prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
