Because each home is different, we offer two easy ways to get a personalized quote. Call us during business hours to speak with a team member and receive a quote over the phone, or complete the Free Quote form on our Contact page and we'll call you back as soon as possible. We'll ask a few questions about your home, your cleaning goals, and the level of detail you're looking for so we can recommend the best fit.

Whatever works best for you! If you have other things you'd like to be doing, we're happy to arrange a spare key or entry code for access to your home. Your home's security and privacy are of utmost importance to us.

We do our best to send the same maids for every cleaning. From time to time we may need to send proxy maids to allow every team member to have time off.

We're available to clean from 9am–5pm, Monday through Friday. For a small fee we can make exceptions for weekends and evenings if maids are available. We're closed on all major holidays so our maids can enjoy time with their families and the great outdoors of beautiful Colorado.

The comfort and safety of your pets is a priority for us. About 95% of our clients choose to let their pets roam freely while we're at work. Our cleaners are avid pet lovers — engaging with your furry friends might just be the highlight of their day! Some clients prefer to kennel pets or send them to daycare if there are behavior concerns, and we're happy to work with either preference.

We ask that you use your oven's self-cleaning mode. Internal oven cleaners require harsh chemicals, and we strive to offer the greenest cleaning efforts available as well as safe working conditions for our maids.

Absolutely! Just remember to leave out the fresh ones for us to easily find.

One sink full of dirty dishes is included in our cleanings, washed by hand or loaded into the dishwasher. We charge $7 for every additional sink full.

Yes — rest assured, if an accident occurs in your home there's no need for worry on your end. Our Denver house cleaners move with stealth and service with pride.

If the maids arrive and are unable to gain access to your home, we charge a fee of 50% of your cleaning price to cover the maids' time and travel. We offer email, call, and text reminders of your scheduled cleanings to help avoid this.

Securely store a credit card on file and we'll charge it on the day of your scheduled cleaning.

We'd hope so! Dashing Maids work hard to keep your home (toilets included) clean. If you feel they've done an outstanding job, tips are always appreciated.

If you're sick, please reschedule your cleaning for the health of our maids — we wouldn't want to be a bother while you're getting much-needed rest.
