This information is collected when you request a quote, submit a careers application, email or call us, or otherwise contact Dashing Maids.

Mobile Messaging & SMS Communications

This website does not currently offer an SMS marketing or automated texting program. Quote and career forms collect a phone number so we can call you about your request. If we enable a texting program after carrier / A2P registration, we will update this policy and require a separate, unchecked SMS consent at the point of collection.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate (website hosting, form relay, spam protection, gift-card or payment processors such as MaidCentral, and analytics/advertising tools when enabled), under contracts that restrict their use of the data, and when required by law.

Cookies & Analytics

The tools confirmed or expected on this site include Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KLHRXDX8), Google Analytics 4 (when configured through that container), Google reCAPTCHA for form-spam protection, and CI Web Group Cortex hosting/analytics tooling. Gift-card purchases complete on MaidCentral’s hosted pages. We do not run an on-site chatbot.

Depending on your choices, these tools may receive identifiers and internet or electronic network activity, including IP address, browser and device details, referring page, pages viewed, campaign parameters, and approximate location. Contact and service-request information is collected only when you provide it. You can control optional analytics and advertising through the on-site cookie preferences. We honor applicable region-based consent requirements and the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.

Payment Security

This website does not collect, transmit, or store credit card or bank account numbers on our own pages. When you purchase a gift card, payment is completed on MaidCentral’s hosted checkout and is governed by MaidCentral’s privacy policy and terms. Service payments for completed cleanings are handled through our office and payment processors — never by entering raw card data into fields on this website. On-site card entry is disabled for this site.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your California Privacy Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Dashing Maids does not sell personal information for money.
