What's Included in Your First Deluxe Deep Cleaning (and Why It Comes First)

If you’re booking with us for the first time, here’s the one thing to know up front: every initial cleaning we do is a Deluxe Deep Cleaning. That’s not an upsell — it’s how we set your home up so every visit after it can shine. A deep clean reaches the built-up dust and grime a regular cleaning never touches: doors, baseboards, blinds, vents, furniture, floors, grout, and cabinets all get real attention on day one.

Why does the deep clean have to come first?

Because maintenance only works on a maintained home. Our team is most successful at Perfect Maintenance Cleanings when proper time and effort are devoted to your surfaces on that initial visit. Once the baseboards, blinds, and grout have been brought back to baseline, each recurring cleaning keeps the whole home at that level instead of chasing months of buildup. Starting deep is the difference between a home that stays clean and a home that only ever looks clean.

What exactly does the team clean?

No surface gets skipped. Here’s how the deep clean breaks down by area:

• Living areas & bedrooms: dusting and wiping every surface including baseboards, crown molding, and furniture; vacuuming and mopping all floors, including under furniture; cleaning inside windows, sills, and tracks; and clearing cobwebs and dust from corners, ceilings, and vents.
• Kitchen: scrubbing and sanitizing countertops, backsplashes, and sinks; wiping and polishing cabinet exteriors with extra focus on grease-prone spots; degreasing stovetops and range hoods; and disinfecting and mopping the floors.
• Bathrooms: deep scrubbing of tile, grout, and fixtures; sanitizing and polishing sinks, tubs, toilets, and countertops; removing water stains, soap scum, and mildew; and polishing mirrors to a streak-free shine.

How long does the first visit take?

Initial Deluxe Deep Cleanings typically take 12–18 team-hours to complete. On your first cleaning, 3–4 of our well-trained team members arrive at 9 am and work through the home together, so those hours pass a lot faster than they sound.

What happens after the team leaves?

We check our own work — and then we ask you to check it too. Your team performs a final walkthrough with you before they go, and after every cleaning you’ll receive a text and email asking how we did. If any area of your home needs more attention, we will gladly return to fix it. It’s rarely needed, but the promise is always there.
