What does “no contract” actually mean here?

It means you're never locked in. You can skip a cleaning, reschedule one, change your frequency, or cancel service entirely at any time — all we ask is a heads-up so we can adjust our team's schedule. There's no minimum commitment, no cancellation penalty, and no awkward phone call where someone tries to talk you out of it.

Can I change my frequency as life changes?

Absolutely, and clients do it all the time. Maybe every-other-week made sense during the school year but summer calls for weekly; maybe a budget season means stretching to monthly for a while. Your frequency is yours to adjust whenever life shifts. If there's no contract, what keeps clients around?

The work. We'd rather earn your next cleaning than obligate it, so quality is our retention plan. After every visit you receive a text and email asking how we did, and if any area of your home needs more attention, we return and fix it — gladly. Your team also does a final walkthrough with you before leaving. When the only thing keeping you is a spotless home, we stay very motivated to deliver one.

What if I'm home sick on cleaning day?

Please reschedule — we ask this for the health of our cleaning team, and honestly, you deserve to rest without a vacuum running down the hall. A quick heads-up is all it takes, and we'll find you a new spot.

Are there any fees I should know about?

Just one, and it only applies when our team can't do their job: if the maids arrive and are unable to get into your home, we charge 50% of your cleaning price to cover their time and travel. We work hard to make sure this never happens — you can opt into email, call, and text reminders before every scheduled cleaning. That's it. No hidden charges, no fine print doing the work a contract would.
