How Booking Works: Consultation, Onboarding, Frequency, Relax

Booking a house cleaner shouldn't feel like a project of its own. Our process has exactly four steps — consultation, onboarding, frequency, relax — and the only one that requires real effort from you is picking a date. Here's how it works from first hello to first cleaning day.

Step 1: What happens at the consultation?

Every home is different, so we start by pricing yours accurately instead of guessing. We offer two ways to do it: a brief in-home consultation (about 10–15 minutes) or a one-on-one phone call if time is tight. Either way, this first step reflects the level of engagement our team brings to everything — we'd rather walk your home and get the estimate right than surprise you later.

Step 2: What does onboarding cover?

Before your first visit, we gather the details that make cleanings fit seamlessly into your life. You'll tell us how to best care for your pets if you're away, how our team should gain access and lock up, and any special notes about your home. You also choose when and how you'd like to be reminded about upcoming cleanings — email, call, or text — so a visit never catches you off guard.

Step 3: How do I choose a frequency?

You'll pick your recurring schedule and the date of your Initial Deluxe Deep Cleaning. Most clients choose cleanings every other week, which reduces their household workload by an average of 20 hours a month. All initial cleanings are Deluxe Deep Cleanings — a thorough top-to-bottom clean of doors, baseboards, blinds, vents, furniture, floors, grout, and cabinets — because our team does its best maintenance work when the home starts from a truly clean baseline. Step 4: What do I actually have to do on cleaning day?

Honestly? Relax. That's the step. A clean home does more than look nice — it reduces stress, lifts your mood, and gives you back hours you'd otherwise spend scrubbing. How does payment work?

Simply and securely. You store a credit card on file, and we charge it the day of your scheduled cleaning. No invoices to chase, no cash to leave on the counter.

When are cleanings available?

We clean Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and we're closed on all major holidays so our team can enjoy time with their families and Colorado's great outdoors. If a weekday window truly won't work, we can make weekend or evening exceptions for a small fee when team members are available — just ask.
